The business began as a plastic recycling plant in 1997 and has since branched into supplying affordable, income-producing machinery for the plastic, construction and roofing industries. Now recently incorporating solar energy.

This is a family business consisting of a team of highly skilled personnel. The founder, who is also the production and personnel manager, holds a bachelor of commerce degree. The administration manager and second in-command is multi-degreed and keeps a watchful eye on the overall business, while the financial controller is a chartered accountant and SAICA member. The family team also consists of two engineers, one chemical, and the other civil. The chemical engineer is in charge of the chemical processes of the plant, including research of the equipment for the plastic industry. The civil engineer advises on all the equipment for the structural and construction industry.
